Write to us when the question is about the product itself: which cube suits a nine-year-old, whether the shells fit the dice you already own, why a board will not pair with a particular phone, or what is inside a pack before you commit to it. Those are the questions we can answer properly and quickly.

Anything attached to an order — where the parcel is, a refund, a replacement for something that arrived damaged — has to go through the order page of the partner store you bought from. They hold the order record, the payment and the delivery tracking; we hold none of it, so a message to us only adds a day to the wait.
